My stay at Occidental Nuevo Vallarta was a mix of relaxation and some minor inconveniences. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and the beach is just perfect for lounging. The buffet was decent, though a bit repetitive, while the sit-down restaurants provided better meal options. Unfortunately, the noise level in the hotel was bothersome, especially with some rooms directly above the entertainment area. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some elements could definitely be improved.
We had a rough start due to some initial issues with our room assignments and customer service, but the rest of our stay turned out to be really enjoyable. The activities staff stood out, making our time really fun, and the dining experiences exceeded our expectations on several occasions. The hotel had a beautiful beach, but we did encounter problems with some of the room conditions that could use improvement.
We had an amazing vacation! The facilities were fantastic, and the food was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially at the royal pool. However, the ongoing construction in the new wing was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, it was an excellent value for a luxurious getaway.
We had a pleasant experience at this resort. The location is absolutely stunning, right on the beach, and the staff was incredibly attentive. However, our room felt a bit cramped for the three of us, and we encountered some odd issues with the door lock and power outages. Overall, it was a nice stay, but I'd keep these things in mind.
